Announcing SWWIM Every Day’s first contest, in honor of Kate Spade and her contribution to female entrepreneurs, artists, and visionaries everywhere!

POETRY FOR PURSES

Send us 1-3 poems about purses or anything Kate Spade-related. As for purses, anything goes: what they look like, their historic significance, what they contain, what your Kate Spade New York (or other purse) has meant to you, your mother’s purse, your grandmother’s purse (you get the idea). Or send us something about Kate Spade’s life/work/mission/illness/struggles. Send your submission via Submittable by December 24, 2018 (Kate Spade’s birthday). We’ll close submissions at midnight. $5 per poem, up to 3 poems per poet. No identifying info on poems so we can judge anonymously. Judge TBD. *A percentage of all proceeds will be donated to an organization devoted to mental health and suicide prevention.* Winners will be announced in the spring of 2019.
